Refund and Return Policy

We want you and your pet to love your purchase.

•  30-Day Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

•  Conditions:

•  Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

•  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

•  Personalized or customized items are non-returnable.

•  Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

•  Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos within 7 days for a free replacement or full refund.

Exceptions: Pet food/treats and opened hygiene products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
