At ZenPawfect, we aim to get your pet wellness products to you as quickly as possible.

•  Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

•  Shipping Time: Most orders ship from our suppliers and arrive in 10–25 business days (depending on your location).

•  Shipping Methods: We use standard tracked shipping. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

•  International Orders: Additional customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
